This service is not a substitute for professional computer repair and depending on the issue and your competence level, you may inevitably require a professional house call.
We can only offer advice based upon your interpretation of the situation and since this is a do-it-yourself system, it is you, who accepts any and all responsibility and consequences.
If at any point you feel overwhelmed or are uncomfortable performing any procedure; we highly suggest that you STOP NOW and call reservations to schedule a professional house call.
