Services and costs
Service Costs:
For all services, we charge, $75.00/hr. (minimum 1 hr), then in increments of 30 minutes.
However, on house calls, if their are multiple computers, we charge an additional $25.00 per computer.
If you need a backup of your files and you want it on hardcopy such as a DVD, external drive or flash drive, we will charge extra for the medium.
Professional cleaning of computers includes vacuum with special computer vacuum (never use household vacuums or garage blowers on your computer) chemical bath and CD-ROM cleaning.
This costs a flat $10.00 is is really worth it.

Limited 72 hour warrantee on all services:
We offer a limited three day guarantee on all services provided.
This policy only applies to the original issue and does not include viruses or customer miss use.
No Fix, No Fee guarantee
At the end of the diagnostic review, the technician will state what must be done to correct the issue at hand. Should you agree to have the services done and the technician is unable to resolve the issue, you will not be charged labor fees.

Free House Calls
On Wednesdays, we offer house calls for customers, who for physical or technical reasons, cannot come to the store. We do not charge extra for this service and people in need are invited to call during the week our toll-free number (877) 349-7242 to set up an appointment.
An adult must be present during the service call and the office will call you to confirm the appoint 24 hours before as well as 30 min before arrival. Service fees are due and payable at completion of services. Credit cards accepted.

Insurance Claim Reports
We verify and write damage reports for your insurance company; allowing you to obtain claims for incidents such as Fire, lightning and other events that fall under your insurance policy.
